Real estate purchase

• Full support (research, visits, negotiation, notarial follow-up) :
  3.5% including tax of the purchase price (with a minimum of €10,000 ).

• Targeted support (client who has already found the property, but wants follow-up and security of the transaction):
  Fixed price €6,000 including tax

Real estate sale

• Exclusive sales mandate : 3.5% including tax of the sale price

• Simple mandate : 4% including tax of the sale price

Real estate project management (works, renovation, rental)

• Monitoring and coordination fees: 10% including tax of the work budget.
  This covers supervision, discussions with craftsmen/architects and administrative management.

In summary :

• Purchase: 3.5% including tax (min. €8,000)

• Sale: 3.5% exclusive / 4% simple

• Project management: 10%
